"Remember to Remember"

A Lok-Lok Birthday Soirée!

Oops...
An outdated birthday celebration post. Sorry Yen!

Yen celebrated her 21st birthday at her place on mid-September and what's more endearing is that, she organized a Lok-Lok party! Totally the opposite from shabu-shabu that I reviewed earlier! A soirée to remember, as one of my best pals finally reaching for the key of happiness or bliss!

Booking a lok-lok vendor was indeed a very thoughtful idea; convenient, out-of ordinary and special! Compared to having the lok-loks at night markets, these are much cheaper and somehow yummier! *eating while chatting with a bunch of friends* Chillin' out! They charge RM10 per person. Yen's mom made an order for 50 person and the portions can actually accommodate up to about 70 people's satisfaction :)
Try it! A lok-lok party can be very interesting. *wink*

Before the party starts, AiWei and I hurriedly gather round the van to take pictures! My stomach was already growling while doing that!

We were busy posing while managing our lok-loks!

The fried BeeHoon was fragrant

I love the curry chicken, but somehow over-spiced up.

The Yam Cake and Curry Puffs had my vote! Thumbs up!

Dessert! Cincau quenched and soothed our thirsts! Best taken to fight-off the body heat generated during lok-lok!

From us to Yen! hope she love our gift!
